What to Expect on Your First Visit
At Wildflower Hair Studio, your first visit is all about creating a personalized experience that feels just as unique as you are. To help me understand your hair journey and goals, you’ll start by filling out a brief questionnaire. This helps me get to know your hair’s history, your vision, and how I can best support you.
As part of your visit, you’ll receive a complimentary 20-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss your questionnaire responses, explore your hair goals, and create a tailored plan for your service. This consultation can be scheduled ahead of your service or at the same time—whichever works best for you. Adding to your relaxation, I provide a complimentary head massage with any shampoo services—a little extra care to leave you feeling refreshed and pampered.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, all appointment requests are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours. Please note that some services may require a deposit upon confirmation, depending on the type of service requested. I also kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please keep in mind that some color services and transformations, especially larger transitions, may require multiple sessions to achieve your ideal result while maintaining your hair’s health and integrity.
